Asking for help can be hard. Finding a trustworthy person to ask for help can be even harder. The weight of depression and/or anxiety can leave you too exhausted to search for a safe person. An unhealthy relationship may have you too afraid to risk reaching out to someone. It would be my honor to serve as that safe, trustworthy person for you. I will work to create a space filled with compassion, humility and kindness. "I've heard it said that people come into our lives for a reason - bringing something we must learn. All the moments we experience in life help mold and shape us, and teach us how to interact with others. What may have helped us survive in the past may no longer be useful or healthy. Together we can develop a more positive view of self and create healthier patterns of interacting with others.
