Often it feels like you have tried everything to address the problems in your life. It feels like it is hopeless to keep trying and nobody understands how hard things have been. The loneliness is overwhelming, and change feels hopeless. Going to therapy allows for you to have a space where you can find change, support, and someone who understands how hard it can be.

Are you ready to find something that works for your life? Are you ready to feel like things can change? Are you ready to have a place where you can stop and focus on getting back to having an enjoyable life and relationships? If you have something you would like to see change but don’t know how to make it change, I am here for you.

I firmly believe that individuals, couples, and families do as well as they can with what they have. Often in life we try our hardest but still don’t see the results we would like. Because of this I help each individual understand their emotions, feel better about themselves, and how to express what has gotten in the way of them doing well. For families and couples, I help them learn how to tackle problems as a team with a collaborative approach combine techniques from Collaborative Problem Solving and Attachment Based Family Therapy to strengthen the relationship and address problems effectively.

I work with children, adults, couples, and families on addressing overwhelming emotions, behaviors, and problems that arise. Helping them figure out how to have an enjoyable relationship with their partner, family, or life again. Thankfully, it is never too late to work through these challenges. I have worked with clients with trouble communicating, fighting, suicidal thoughts, developing boundaries, navigating school, helping clients feel good about themselves, and many other challenges.
