I have specialized training in trauma therapy and sex therapy, and I help individuals navigate sexual concerns as well as heal from PTSD, complex/childhood trauma, and religious/spiritual trauma. I am trained in S.A.F.E. E.M.D.R. for trauma therapy and I incorporate Internal Family Systems into my work.

    I help individual adults with grief and loss, life transitions, anxiety, and boundaries/codependency. I help couples with communication issues, pregnancy, grief and loss, and other emotional/relational issues. I also help adolescents/teens ages 12 and up with depression, anxiety, and trauma. I especially enjoy being able to integrate the language of faith/spirituality in thoughtful, respectful ways with clients who desire it. I have specialized training in Trauma Focused-CBT for trauma processing in adolescents/teens and advanced training in the couples development model.

    I help individual adults dealing with anxiety, depression, self-harm, PTSD, complex trauma, life transitions, grief & loss, and self-esteem/body image issues. I have specialized experience and training in helping people recovering from disordered eating and substance use; I also enjoy helping people improve their relationship with movement, access creativity to get out of “stuckness,” and decrease physiological burnout symptoms. I am trained in S.A.F.E. E.M.D.R. for trauma therapy, Embodied Recovery, yoga, and several forms of dance; I am a board-certified dance/movement therapist.

I have 5 years of residential experience in treating all eating disorder diagnoses in both men and women. I am trained in both basic and advanced S.A.F.E. E.M.D.R. for trauma therapy and I incorporate attachment science into my work.

    I transitioned into counseling in mid-life, following a 30+ year career in engineering and leadership, so I understand many of the challenges that life offers. I also enjoy helping people get in touch with the wisdom of their bodies. I am a registered dance/movement therapist. I am trained in SAFE EMDR, Trauma Informed Hypnotherapy, Rapid Resolution Therapy, and have advanced training in EMDR for pain.

    I enjoy working with kids and teens with anxiety, OCD, grief, bipolar, and life/social skills. I am a neurodiversity-affirming professional and enjoy working with autistic people of all ages. I also help individual adults navigate life transitions around parenthood. I am trained in PCIT (Parent-Child Interaction Therapy) which helps kids as young as 2 1/2 and their parents learn to communicate and interact in healthier, more effective ways. I am also trained in Trauma-Focused CBT.

I am experienced in therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) as well as Trauma-Focused CBT for trauma processing in children/adolescents.

I am trained in Gottman Method Levels 1 and 2 for couples therapy, by M.Kauppi for supporting those in open, polyamorous and other forms of ethically non-monogamous relationships, and in S.A.F.E. EMDR approaches for individuals and couples.

I specialize in behavior modification where we spend time looking at how our mindsets, actions, and perspectives impact our reality. I am DBT-trained and love walking alongside others as we identify the strengths that are already present and areas we have room to grow in a life full of self-compassion and acceptance.

    I specialize in working with children, early adolescents, and couples but would love to help anyone 2 to 99! For children, I work with emotional and behavioral problems and take a systemic approach to meet their developmental needs. For couples, I am a Prepare/Enrich facilitator and am excited to see couples of any gender expression and sexual orientation.

I utilize an integrative approach, and will collaborate with you to find a meaningful and unique path towards your therapeutic goals. I am also an RYT-200, and incorporate breath-work, sound healing, and yoga into my practice.
