Does it feel like your body is at its limit- strained, fearful, tired? Do you feel fragmented and unsure what to do with the pieces? What if you could restore your sense of safety and connection? I enjoy helping individuals experience growth in the context of a collaborative and nurturing relationship. I desire to help you see the ways you have survived life’s challenges as necessary and courageous, while finding new ways to engage with your mind, body, and others. You deserve to find your way to a meaningful life in ways that both align with your values and respect your autonomy. You do not have to do this alone.

With specialized training in trauma treatment, I help folks integrate issues of mind and body. I am also passionate about working with individuals who are navigating spiritual abuse/religious trauma. I cherish the opportunity to support clients as they experience the healing that Mary Oliver voices in her poem “Wild Geese:”

You do not have to be good. You do not have to walk on your knees for a hundred miles through the desert, repenting. You only have to let the soft animal of your body love what it loves…Whoever you are, no matter how lonely, the world offers itself to your imagination.

I look forward to hearing from you.

I enjoy working with individual adults on PTSD, complex/childhood trauma, religious trauma/spiritual abuse, life transitions, anxiety, and depression. I help folks integrate issues of mind and body to access safety, connection, and wholeness. I am trained in S.A.F.E. E.M.D.R. for trauma therapy.
