I am a DBT-trained therapist with extensive experience in various settings, including community mental health, in-patient hospitals, and intensive outpatient programs (IOP). My expertise lies in working with clients who are grappling with depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, and self-harming behaviors. I also specialize in helping individuals who feel stuck and confused, guiding them toward a path of clarity and growth.
