“Be messy and complicated and afraid and show up anyways.” –Glennon Doyle

Showing up for therapy can be really intimidating. I aim to provide a caring and empathetic environment so that you feel safe to bring your whole self. I hope to help you see that everything you need to heal is already within you, sometimes we just have a hard time finding it. I want to empower you with the coping skills and self-awareness necessary to realign yourself with your core values so that you can live your truest, most authentic life. Imagine what it would be like to stop searching for answers externally and to sink into knowing how to find them within yourself. You are capable of that.

Many of our core beliefs are influenced by the context in which we grew up; religion, family, friends, culture, and significant life events all impact us. Unpacking some of these contexts can help you gain a clearer perspective of who you are and foster deeper growth and understanding. The outside world doesn’t always provide a safe environment for us to show the most vulnerable parts of who we are. Sometimes we need someone to sit with us when life feels messy and complicated.

I utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Interpersonal Therapy in my practice with individuals 16 and up. I can help you learn practical skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, communication, effective relationships, and mindfulness.  have a passion for working with LGBTQIA+ and ENM communities as well as those navigating religious deconstruction and life transitions.
